Designing a Facilitator training - Part 2

In the first post of this series, I gave you an overview of the design principles and an outline of the actual workshop. Meanwhile I've been through a couple of iterations of the training. I incorporated a lot of valuable feedback and like to give you a little more detail on the current version. Among the things we brought with us from XP 2011, Robert Chatley's and Matt Wynne's Extreme Startup game sounded like the most fun. While I unfortunately missed the session back in Madrid, Christian, a colleague of mine, was extremely enthusiastic about it. So tonight, we gave it a try at our company internal Code Dojo.
