Designing a Facilitator training - Part 2

In the first post of this series, I gave you an overview of the design principles and an outline of the actual workshop. Meanwhile I’ve been through a couple of iterations of the training. Among the things we brought with us from XP 2011, Robert Chatley’s and Matt Wynne’s Extreme Startup game sounded like the most fun.
